He married Sarah Amanda HALL in Grayson Co, VA, 26 JAN 1875.⁽¹⁹⁴⁾ (Sarah Amanda HALL is #2433.) Sarah was born 03 APR 1844.⁽¹⁹⁵⁾ Sarah⁽¹⁹⁶⁾ was the daughter of HALL and Lucinda (HALL). Sarah died 31 AUG 1933 at 89 years of age.⁽¹⁹⁷⁾

219 iii. Stephen Franklin VAUGHT⁽²⁰⁴⁾ (#2457) was born in Grayson Co, VA 22 JAN 1881.⁽²⁰⁵⁾
