He married Nancy Jane BALL in Alleghany Co., NC, 26 MAY 1881. (Nancy Jane BALL is #1373.) Nancy was born in Grayson Co, VA 27 APR 1863. Nancy was the daughter of John Elbert BALL and Lydia HASH. Nancy died 19 SEP 1953 in Troutdale, Grayson, Virginia, at 90 years of age.

71 vi. Charles Andrew STAMPER (#1391) was born 21 AUG 1895. Charles died 18 OCT 1985 at 90 years of age. He married May MEYER in New York City, New York, 24 NOV 1896. (May MEYER is #1985.) May died OCT 1983.

72 vii. Arlie Wiley STAMPER (#1392) was born in Troutdale, Grayson, Virginia 12 MAR 1900. Arlie died 28 OCT 1974 in Surry, NC, at 74 years of age. He married Ethel WATTS after 1920. (Ethel WATTS is #1986.) Ethel was born 01 APR 1904.

73 viii. Samuel Ray STAMPER (#1385) was born in Troutdale, Grayson, Virginia 14 MAR 1904. Samuel died 15 AUG 1998 in Miamisburg, Ohio, at 94 years of age. He married twice. He married Eunice Constance HUNTER in Pearisburg, Virginia, 30 APR 1926. (Eunice Constance HUNTER is #1977.) Eunice was born in Pearisburg, Virginia 13 JUL 1906. Eunice died 30 OCT 1972 in Dayton, Ohio, at 66 years of age. He married Mabel HUNTER about 1980. (Mabel HUNTER is #1978.) Mabel was born 15 FEB 1907.
